You’re smart people. You know how this works. It’s cookies. And beer. Dolce Bakery will, once again, be making the cookies. Bier Station’s John Couture will be helping to pick the beer pairings alongside of The Recommended Daily. As we get closer, we’ll give you some hints about what’s going to be on the menu.
Cookies & Beer is Wednesday, February 18. The cookies and beer will start being served at 5 p.m. at Bier Station (120 E Gregory Boulevard).
We’ll have beer and cookie flights (a sample of three cookies and beers), single pairings or you can go your own way with cookie in hand. This is America. This event will actually be featured in the cookbook out this October, so in the interest of full disclosure there will be a photographer onsite taking pictures that could be immortalized in print.
There are no advance tickets, but if you’d like to RSVP on Facebook (here’s a handy event link) we’d be much obliged. It helps us know how many cookies to ask the elves at Dolce Bakery to make. We’ll see you in a month.
